If it says "No video-capturing device was found in your system: check if it's connected!", well, then obviously your web cam wasn't found. If FaceTrackNoIR starts, the message in the 'bubble' above the settings should show the name of your web cam. I will check if the missing DLL is on my system: perhaps I forgot to include it in the distribution? O yeah, I do remember something about registering it (it was a while ago).
